CREAMY BBQ BACON CHEESE DIP
A crowd favorite that's ready in only 15 minutes, our cheesy, creamy bacon cheese dip includes chopped bacon, cream cheese, barbeque sauce, shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.

- Set aside 2 tablespoons of the chopped bacon for garnish. In food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, barbecue sauce, Cheddar cheese and remaining bacon. Cover; process or blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined.
- Garnish dip with green onions and reserved bacon. Serve with veggie tortilla chips.

- 1. fry bacon till crisp, drain and let cool. Break into pieces and set aside.
- 2. Stir together cream cheese and ranch dressing till smooth. Spread mixture into a pie dish. Evenly spread the bbq sauce on top of the cream cheese mixture. Layer the bacon, green pepper, and tomato. Top with cheese and crumble some bacon on top. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of the Cheddar cheese, the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dip mix. Spread evenly in baking dish.
- In medium bowl, mix chicken, barbecue sauce and green onion whites. Spoon evenly over cheese mixture in baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, then top with cooked bacon. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling at edges.
- Top dip with green onion greens; serve with crackers.
