Steps:
- Beat sugar into eggs.
- Add flour through salt and blend thoroughly.
- Stir in pineapple.
- Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan.
- Bake at 350° about 30-35 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Meanwhile, combine butter through milk in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer about 10 min until sugar is dissolved and sauce is thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Stir in coconut and nuts.
- As soon as cake comes out of oven, spread coconut mixture over the top.
- Let cool completely before slicing and serving.

Steps:
- 1. Combine pecans, butter, 1 egg and cake mix, stirring until well blended; press in bottom of a lightly greased 13 X 9-inch pan. Beat remaining 2 eggs, cream cheese, and powdered sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour over cake mix layer. Bake at 325 F. for 40 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a small saucepan, cook and stir cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter over low heat until melted and smooth. , In a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, saute onion, celery and green pepper in remaining butter until tender. Stir in shrimp, crab, soup, rice, mushrooms, garlic salt, pepper sauce, cayenne and cream cheese mixture., Combine cheddar cheese and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
