BAVARIAN MINT COFFEE
Flavored coffee's are so good on cold winter days but a bit expensive in the grocery stores. Here is a very nice flavor for the holidays and was adapted from a beverage recipe website.

Steps:
- In small bowl combine nondairy creamer, sugar, instant coffee, and cocoa. Set aside.
- Finely crush candies in food processor, blender, or with tenderizing mallet. Add to dry mixture.
- Store in airtight container and if giving as a gift, include a label that says to use 2 to 2½ teaspoons per cup of boiling water.
BAVARIAN MINT COFFEE CREAMER
I've made this and given it at Christmas gifts to coffee lovers on my list. It's easy to make! Give a festive mug with a bag of this for a cup of cheer! :)

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
- Shake well to blend.
- Store in airtight container.
- To make Bavarian Mint Coffee: In a mug, combine 2 TBSP of creamer with 6 oz coffee.
BAVARIAN MINT COFFEE - ADULT DRINK
I first had this drink at a ski lodge in Breckenridge Colorado and I was hooked! This drink is a real warmer and delicious too! Normally I am not crazy about mint but Peppermint Schnapps is surely an exception!

Steps:
- Add Peppermint Schnapps, Kahlua, and coffee to a large mug.
- Stir in sugar - if desired.
- Place mug in microwave oven and heat for 20 seconds or until desired warmth is achieved.
- Float the whipped cream on top (I actually stir some in first, then float some on top).
- Top whipped cream with chocolate shavings (if desired).
