BARRAMUNDI FISH FILLET RECIPE IN THE PHILIPS AIRFRYER

Barramundi Fish Fillet Recipe in the Philips AirFryer image

Ingredients

½ lb bhetki fillet
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive
1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 teaspoons soya sauce
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Cut the Koral/bhetki fillet into your desired size. Mix soya sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, chili flakes, olive oil, and salt in a bowl.
Brush the mixture on both sides of the fillet. Marinate it for 10-20 minutes.
Place the fish fillet in your Philips Airfryer Basket. Set the timer for 10 minutes at 200°c. After 5 minutes turn over the fillet.
Remove the fish fillet from the airfryer and transfer it to a serving dish.

Remove one The Better Fish Barramundi from the package and pat dry with a paper towel, set aside.
Whisk tighter your egg and seasonings in a shallow bowl. Set aside. Then mix together your bread crumbs and crushed raw pecans, add this mixture to a large ziplock baggie. Set aside.
Brush The Better Fish Barramundi with the egg wash and place in the baggie with the pecan mixture. Toss around gently to cover the fish completely in the pecan mixture.
Spray the basket of your air fryer with the non-stick spray, place your coated fish in the basket, add some more pecans on top just for fun, and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 F.
