Steps:
- Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir beef, bacon, Bisquick™ mix, green onion whites, egg and barbecue seasoning until well mixed. Divide mixture among muffin cups, pressing evenly into cups.
- Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaves reads 160°F. Brush loaves with barbecue sauce. Top with cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese just melts. Top with green onion greens.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on paper towels. When cool, crumble into a large bowl.
- Mix ketchup and mustard in a bowl.
- Thoroughly combine 1/4 the ketchup mixture, ground chuck, Cheddar cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper with crumbled bacon in bowl; pat the mixture into a 5x9-inch loaf pan. Spread remaining ketchup mixture evenly over top of meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the meatloaf is no longer pink inside, about 45 minutes. Spread French-fried onions over the top of the loaf and return to oven until onions are browned and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf reads at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), 10 to 15 more minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 5x9-inch loaf pan.
- Mix ground beef, 1/2 cup barbeque sauce, milk, egg, bacon bits, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; stir in bread crumbs to desired consistency. Place half the ground beef mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press an indentation into the meat mixture, leaving a 1-inch rim of meat all around the indentation. Fill the indentation with processed cheese and top with remaining meat mixture. Press lightly to seal. Brush 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce over the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven until juices run clear and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf reads at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), 60 to 80 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, barbecue sauce, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well but do not overwork the beef. Shape the beef mixture into a loaf shape in a 9x13 baking dish. Place one slice of bacon over the top of the meatloaf, tucking the ends under the loaf. Repeat with the remaining slices of bacon, covering the top of the meatloaf completely. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until cooked through. If the bacon browns too much during the cooking time, cover the meatloaf loosely with foil. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In medium skillet,cook bacon over medium heat until it is limp& some fat is rendered,3-4 minutes.
- Remove bacon from the skillet and reserve it,set aside.
- In large mixing bowl,use your hands to gently but thoroughly mix together: meat,bread crumbs,1/2 cup cheese,onion,mayo,relish,mustard¸å pepper and egg.
- Pat mixture into a shallow 2-quart baking pan.
- Spread top of the loaf with the ketchup then lay bacon strips over the ketchup.
- Bake until loaf is firm& the bacon is crisp,45 to 50 minutes.
- Sprinkling top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese to melt during last 5-10 minutes of baking (Internal temperature should be 155).
- Let meatloaf stand in the baking dish for 10 minutes,then cut into squares to serve.

I got this recipe a few years ago off another web site, and this has become my family's favorite meatloaf.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until browned. Remove the bacon from the skillet, drain, and crumble. In the remaining fat in the skillet, saute the onion until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, use your hands to gently but thoroughly mix together the meat, bread crumbs, cheese, eggs, sauteed onion, reserved bacon pieces, 4 tablespoons of the barbeque sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a large 2" deep baking pan. Spread the top of the loaf with the remaining 4 tablespoons of barbeque sauce.

Even though we enjoy a traditional meatloaf, sometimes it's nice to have something a little bit different. The Mister and boys inspired this BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf - it combines some of their favorite things - BBQ, Bacon, Cheeseburger and Meatloaf! I hope you enjoy this as much as my family did!

- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine to beef, bacon, cheese, egg, 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, onion, green pepper and dry bread crumbs. Shape mixture into a loaf and place into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, top with remaining 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. Return to the oven and bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink. (An instant-read thermometer inserted near the center will read 160° F.)
- Allow to stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot or cold with additional BBQ sauce, if desired.
