- Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.)
- Spoon into resealable plastic bag; press excess air from bag, then seal bag. Cut small piece from one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe pudding onto wafers.
- Top with bananas and COOL WHIP.

- To make a batch, peel 2 overripe bananas and freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Melt 4 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate with 1 tablespoon shortening or coconut oil in the microwave. Cut the bananas into pieces and drop into the melted chocolate to cover; remove with a fork. Place on a plate and immediately sprinkle with chopped peanuts and top with a maraschino cherry; freeze 30 more minutes.

- * Use firm bananas and cut into 1 inch sections. Leave the peel on for easy handling, and with a melon baller, dig a well in the middle of each banana section. * Melt chocolate in the microwave and dip the bottom portion of the banana in chocolate and then dip it once again in either non-pareils or chopped peanuts. To quickly harden the chocolate, place dipped bananas in the freezer for five minutes. * Fill each well with ice cream (I filled mine with vanilla chocolate chip) and top with whip cream and a maraschino cherry.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Unroll pie crusts on work surface. Using 2 1/2-inch cookie cutters, cut 15 pastry shapes out of each crust. Reroll scraps and cut an additional 9 shapes. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Prick each piece of dough with fork, sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake about 7 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from pan to cooling rack. - Mash or finely chop 2 of the strawberries, to get about 2 tablespoons mashed strawberries. Stir into one-third of the whipped topping mixture. Spoon mixture into resealable quart-size food-storage plastic bag. Cut 1/2-inch opening in corner. Squeeze mixture onto 13 pastry pieces. Slice remaining strawberries into 1/4-inch slices. Top each with strawberry slice.
