BANANA S'MORES
I love bananas and I love smores, put the two together and this is what you get! This recipe only makes one smore and I garentee you will need more! Also use whatever chocolate you want like a chocolate bar or a leftover Easter bunny! Cooking time is different among people because it depends on oh well done you like your marshmallow(white, browned, or burned)

Steps:
- Prepare your smore by putting the 4 banana slices on one graham cracker. Put chocolate on the other one.
- Roast your marshmallow to doneness.
- Now put the marshmallow on top of graham cracker with the chocolate. Take the one with the banana and flip it on top of the marshmallow. Hold down on the top and pull the roasting stick out, leaving the marshmallow inside.
- Now sit back and enjoy your Banana S'More. When done, make another one!

Steps:
- Gather your bananas. You can make just one or as many as your fire (or BBQ) will fit.
- Slice the bananas about a ¼ inch deep down the middle. Use your fingers to pull the peel back slightly so there's some space between the peel and the banana.
- Stuff the boats with your choice of toppings. I love a mix of milk and dark chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Wrap. Place each banana on a square (approximately 12 inches) of aluminum foil topped with a slightly smaller square of parchment paper. Wrap the bananas up from the bottom to the top, crimping the top so there's a little space between the banana and the foil.
- Cook. Place the bananas directly on warm coals that no longer have an active flame. Cook for about 5 minutes, then remove with tongs, and enjoy. The bananas can be eaten directly out of the peel, or scooped out into a bowl.

GRILLED BANANA S'MORES
Steps:
- Heat a grill to medium (350 degrees F). Leave bananas in their skins and make 1 slit down the length of each banana. Pack the slits with brown sugar.
- Put the banana(s) on the grill and grill until soft and charred, about 5 minutes. Remove them to a cutting board and set aside to cool slightly. Peel the skins from the bananas and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Meanwhile, put the marshmallows on skewers and toast over the grill until brown and melty, about 2 minutes. You can also brown the marshmallows using a hand-held torch.
- To assemble, spread some peanut butter on graham crackers and top with bananas and marshmallows. Cover with another cracker and serve. Enjoy!

AIR FRYER S'MORES BANANA BOATS
When visiting my grandparents' lake house as a kid, they'd set up a tent and let us cousins pretend like we were camping. Grandma would always make these in the oven and bring them out to us so that we'd feel like we were really camping. Roasting the banana changes the the texture to almost a pudding-like consistency. Here is my adapted version using an air fryer.
