STRAWBERRY BANANA BREAD
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Spray two 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, using a KitchenAid Stand Mixer with paddle attachment cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs using a fork. Add eggs to sugar mixture and beat until combined. Add mashed bananas and mix until combined.
- Sift all dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add sifted dry ingredients to banana mixture and mix until flour is just combined. DO NOT OVER MIX! Fold in floured covered strawberries.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pans and bake at 375*F for 15 minutes. REDUCE heat to 350*F and bake for an additional 30 minutes until edges are slightly brown or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing from loaf pans.

Steps:
- slice the banana.
- preheat pan on medium heat until hot.
- put the jam or perserves on the hot pan and spread around.
- wait until the jam or perserves are boiling, then dump the sliced banana in.
- smother the banana slices in the boiled jam or perserves.
- take the bananas out of the pan when fully coated in the strawberry jam or perserves.
- let the glazed slices cool until they are warm and not burning hot.
- now you can serve plain, add toppings or whipped cream, and even use them for anything else!

- 1. Pour Glaze in Mixing Bowl. Rinse Container out with 1/4 Cup water. add to the Glaze. Mix til Well blended.
- 2. Slice Your Bananas in to Your Bowl. Pour Glaze over. Toss to Coat Well. Cover and Chill in refer for Several Hrs til ready to serve. TIP: Can top with a dollop of whipped Cream.
- 3. OPTIONAL HOME MADE GLAZE SAUCE: 3 lbs Strawberries, (should be 3 Cups Liquid Berries) Sliced and Placed into Blender, Pulse to Chop well, Pour all ingredients into Med. Sauce pan, Add 1/2 Cup -3/4 Cup Sugar to Your Taste Add 1/4 Cup Cornstarch, add more if Needed to Desired thickness. Stir, & Mix well. This glaze ahouls be thick. Bring to Boil til thickens, Stirring Continously. Remove From heat. Chill til needed.
