Steps:
- Mix toghether graham cracker crumbs, margarine and sugar; mix well.
- Press crumb mixture onto flat bottom of Springform pan.
- In 2 quart.
- bowl whisk together sour cream and milk until blended.
- Add pudding mix; whisk until pudding is dissolved.
- Add whipped topping mixing until well blended.
- Spread half of filling over crust.
- Slice bananas; arrange over filling.
- Spread remaining filling over bananas.
- Grate pecans over top.
- Chill.
- To serve, remove collar from Springform pan; cut into wedges.

As the recipe title suggests, I won't touch the kind made with instant banana pudding - and don't give me anything with meringue on it, either...this doesn't last much more than a day around here. Chilling time is not included in time estimates.

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and flour; add milk and beaten egg - whisk to combine.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla.
- Cool completely.
- Stir sour cream into pudding.
- Layer in this manner; 1/2 of the wafers, 1/2 of the bananas, 1/2 of the pudding, and 1/2 of the cool whip.
- Repeat layers.
- Refrigerate approximately 8 hours or overnight before serving.

- Cream the cheese until smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and pudding mix. fold in half of the whipped topping. Layer pudding, cookies and bananas in dish. Top with remaining topping. Chill.

- Add 2/3 of the whipped cream to the pudding mixture and fold it in gently until fully combined and no whipped cream streaks remain. Set aside.
