- Place bananas, orange juice concentrate, and orange juice into your blender.
- If you choose to use a fresh banana, you may need to add ice to your smoothie.
- Blend until smooth, stopping halfway through to scrape the sides of your blender if needed.
- Add more ice if needed to help your smoothie be cold and thick, and blend again.
- Garnish with orange and/or banana slices if desired.

EASY 5-MINUTE BANANA SMOOTHIE
Our banana smoothie is extra creamy and fruity. Depending on how ripe or sweet your banana and orange are, you may need to add a little extra honey, so add based on your taste. There are many additions you can make. For a green smoothie, add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of fresh greens like spinach or kale. You can also add more fruit. Add 1/2 cup of strawberries, mango, frozen berries, pineapple, or other favorite fruit.

- Roughly chop the banana and orange quarters, and then add to a blender. Top with yogurt and water (or milk). Turn blender on and blend until creamy and smooth. Taste, and then adjust with honey if needed.

- Optional - Rinse sesame seeds well in lots of water and soak them for at least 2 hours. Later drain the water and rinse them well. Also soak cashews for 2 hours or longer. Pour half cup water and blend them until very smooth.
- Peel the oranges and remove the pith. Separate each orange to 2 parts. Cut open each part such that, all the segments open up in the center. (check picture in the post) Seeds are easily visible. Remove them.
