1-3/4 cups flour
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients in separate bowl until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  • Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 5 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool slightly.

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup white sugar
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
  • Stir the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar together in a bowl. Add the bananas, mayonnaise, and chocolate chips; stir until well combined. Pour into prepared muffin cups to about 3/4 full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden and the tops spring back when lightly pressed, about 20 minutes.

1 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup banana, ripe and mashed (2-3medium-sized)
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda (*)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl.
  • Add dry to wet while stirring. Mix well.
  • Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake 55-65 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Cool completely.
  • * Make sure your baking soda is still viable.

3. 1 cup sugar
4. 2 cups flour
5. 2 tsp vanilla extract
6. 2 tsp baking soda
7. 1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 375F
  • In a bowl, mix the first three ingredients.
  • In another bowl, mix the last four.
  • Fold the two in together - mixing well.
  • Drop into lined muffin tins - about 1.5 - 2 tbsp per muffin.
  • Bake for 12 -15 minutes, or until golden

3/4 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup white sugar or stevia to omit sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
2 teaspoons baking powder

Steps:

  • I used a food processor., Put bananas, miracle whip, white sugar, salt, milk, and vanilla in and pulse till well mixed. Mix together flour soda and baking powder and add to processor and just pulse a few seconds. Pour in muffin tins and bake at 373 for about 18 minutes.
