Banana Popsicles image

Refresh your senses with this easy Banana Popsicles recipe, an easy summer dessert made with only 3 ingredients. Just blend, pour, and freeze!

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 medium bananas
2 Tbsp honey (can sub maple syrup or agave nectar, 30 g)
½ cup milk (can sub dairy-free, 120 mL)
Optional: cocoa powder cinnamon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Blend: Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding optional ingredients as desired.
  • Freeze: Pour into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
  • Serve: Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.

I make these for my son who is teething like a champion right now. A nice frozen treat in this Hawaiian weather is just the trick!

1 banana
5-6 chunks of mango
2 Tbsp greek vanilla yogurt

Steps:

  • 1. Add all of the ingredients to a little blender and mix well.
  • 2. Pour a couple of tablespoons into each pop opening and set in the freezer for at least an hour until they are set.
