Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl. Fold in flour mixture, and mix until smooth. Scoop into muffin pans.
- Bake in preheated oven. Bake mini muffins for 10 to 15 minutes, and large muffins for 25 to 30 minutes. Muffins will spring back when lightly tapped.

Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

Add wet mixture to the dry mixture, mix until just combined (do not overmix) - lumps are ok. Now stir in chopped kiwi gently; you may also add chopped nuts if you like. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375°F or 180°C for 25 to 30mins (mini muffins take about 20 minutes). Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool thoroughly on wire rack.

- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the coconut oil, sugar and honey. Add in the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in the kiwis and banana until fully incorporated.
