BANANA BANANA BREAD
Why compromise the banana flavor? This banana bread is moist and delicious with loads of banana flavor! Friends and family love my recipe and say it's by far the best! It's wonderful toasted!! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.

Steps:
- Combine 1/2 cup margarine with cornflake crumbs, then press into the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Mix together eggs, vanilla extract, 1 cup margarine and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Pour mixture over the chilled cornflake crust. Slice bananas lengthwise and place over the egg mixture. Spoon pineapple over the bananas, then spread whipped topping over the top to cover. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate overnight before serving.

- Pre heat the oven at 350 degrees F.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
- Cream butter, add in sugar slowly.
- Once it is well creamed, add in eggs.
- Mix in water and bananas.
- Add in Flour mixture, stir till it is moistened.
- Stir in cereal and walnuts.
- Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
- Cool completely on wire rack.

- 1. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside.2. In medium mixing bowl, combine bananas and KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Beat well.3. In large mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugar until combined. Add eggs. Beat well. Mix in cereal mixture and nuts. Stir in flour mixture. Spread batter evenly in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.4. Bake at 350°F about 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Wrap with plastic wrap.
