BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES
These banana chocolate chip pancakes are the perfect start to your day. They're extra fluffy, super thick, filled with chocolate chips and taste like banana bread in pancake form.

Steps:
- Preheat a griddle to 350F or a large frying pan over low-medium heat.
- In a large bowl mash the bananas.
- Whisk in the sugar, egg, vanilla extract and melted butter.
- Stir in the milk
- Gently fold in the flour, baking powder and salt using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Lightly grease the frying pan or griddle.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle/frying pan per pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until you see a few small air bubbles forming on the uncooked side. Flip and cook on the second side. *

- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- After mixing well stir in milk, banana, egg and vanilla.
- Fold in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
- Heat a griddle, sprayed with oil on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle making 3 inch rounds.
- Cook about two minutes or until tops are bubbly. Flip pancake and cook for another minute or until golden.
- Prepare remaining pancake batter as directed adding more spray if needed.
- Place on individual plates and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
