HOW TO KEEP STRAWBERRIES FRESH WITH BALL FRUIT-FRESH PRODUCE PROTECTOR
Make your strawberries last longer easily using the help of Ball Fruit- Fresh Produce Protector!

Steps:
- First, gather the equipment, strawberries, and other ingredients.
- Next, measure out 2 cups of cold water and 4 tsps of the Ball Fruit Fresh Produce Protector. Mix the powder and water into a large glass mixing bowl, then add in the strawberries.
- Let the strawberries soak for about 5 minutes. Then, transfer the strawberries to a spider strainer and rinse under cold water.
- After rinsing, move the strawberries to another glass bowl lined with paper towels. Dry off the strawberries as best you can with another paper towel or 2, then let the berries sit to finish drying completely.
- Once the strawberries are dry, cover the top of the glass bowl with Press N' Seal food wrap and store in the fridge until you're ready to use them. Strawberries prepared this way will stay fresh for 5 days.

- Boil sugar and water 5 minutes for syrup.
- Prepare fruit for canning.
- Cut oranges in large pieces.
- Cut grapes in half removing seeds, I already told you; see it is an old recipe.
- Cut pineapple in small pieces; I already told you about tidbits.
- Mix all together.
- Pour into hot sterile jars.
- Pour boiling syrup over fruit.
- Seal tight.
- Put back in boiling water.
- Turn off heat and let stand 24 hours.
