- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, celery, onions, salt if desired and pepper. Add crab and shrimp; mix well. Peel avocados if desired. Sprinkle avocados with lemon juice; fill with seafood mixture. Sprinkle with potato chips if desired. , Place in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.

SEAFOOD STUFFED AVOCADOS
Avocado halves are filled with a delicious mixture of shrimp, crab, and cucumber. A wonderful beginning to a light lunch, or a great appetizer for an elegant dinner!

Steps:
- In a bowl, mix the crab, shrimp, cucumber, mayonnaise, and parsley. Season with salt, and pepper. Cover, and chill until serving.
- Slice the avocados lengthwise, and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado, leaving about 1/2 inch on the peel. Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed centers of the avocado halves. Sprinkle the tops with paprika.

BAKED AVOCADO
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh, leaving the skin intact, and roughly dice the avocado. Place avocado in an ovenproof dish, and add the crumbled blue cheese, walnuts, pancetta, and Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture back into the avocado shells and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and place in the broiler for 2 minutes right before serving.
- To serve, place on a serving tray with sliced baguette or crackers.
