- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a 9x9-inch or similarly sized baking dish that's large enough to hold the peach halves in a single layer with nonstick spray. Pick a dish that's sized to where your peaches fit comfortably side by side, but there isn't too much excess room around them. Arrange peaches cut-side up in the dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the oil, maple syrup, brandy, coconut sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Spoon the mixture over the peaches, filling the center and letting it run over the sides.
- Bake peaches, uncovered, until the peaches are cooked through and fork-tender, about 30 minutes. Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, or a pour of heavy cream, as desired.

- Arrange brown sugar, 1 teaspoon per peach, in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top each brown sugar mound with a piece of butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Place a peach half, cut-side down, on top of brown sugar-butter.

- Preheat your oven to 375F and make sure the oven rack is in the center of the oven.
- Wash and dry the peaches, then cut them in half to remove the pits. Be sure to leave the peel on the peaches to help them keep their shape during cooking.
- Place the 8 peach halves in a baking dish.
- Top each peach half with 1/2 tsp butter and 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
- Bake on 375 for 10-12 minutes until the inside of the peach can be easily pierced with a fork.
- Serve the baked peaches warm as is or with whipping cream or ice cream. Caramel sauce also makes a great addition!

This is simple and delicious. Baked peach with cinnamon and dark brown sugar. I got the recipe from a friend that I tweeked and made it better (lol). It's good eatin alone fresh out the oven or with vanilla ice cream. I love it because it taste good but also so simple to make. Clean up is easy to. Just take up the foil and throw away.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminan foil.
- Cut your peaches in half. Remove the seed and pit center (the red residue left from the seed).
- In the center of the peach (where the seed pit used to be) put 1 tbsp of butter in each half and place on baking sheet.
- On each peach half put a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
- Then on each half put 2 Tbsp of dark brown sugar, be sure to cover the whole peach half in the dark brown sugar.
- Place baking sheet with peach halves in oven; cook for 20 minutes. *When the peaches are done, sprinkle more dark brown sugar to taste.
- SN: This is good ate alone or with vanilla ice cream.
