EASY BAKED CHICKEN BREAST



Easy Baked Chicken Breast image

Tender and juicy Baked Chicken Breasts with a delicious honey mustard sauce takes only minutes to make! Baked Chicken couldn't be any easier to prepare for a quick and easy dinner idea. Smothered in a Honey Mustard Sauce with a kick of lemon juice, this will become your new favourite chicken breast recipe!

4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon smooth and mild Dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic, (minced)
1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, (adjust to taste)
2 pounds (1 kg) boneless skinless chicken breasts, ((4 large chicken breasts))
Salt and cracked black pepper, (to season)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 sprigs rosemary
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley, (to garnish (optional))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Combine the oil, honey, mustards, garlic and lemon juice in a small bowl to combine well.
  • Place the chicken into prepared baking dish. Season generously with salt, pepper and paprika. Spoon 3/4 of the honey mustard mixture evenly over the chicken and spread evenly all over each breast. Arrange rosemary between each piece.
  • Cover and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Spoon remaining sauce over each breast and bake uncovered for a further 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices are no longer pink.
  • Broil/grill for 2 minutes on medium-high to brown the chicken and caramelise the edges.
  • Cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to recirculate before serving. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with pan drippings.

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup honey
½ cup prepared mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dried parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken, and brush to cover.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

3 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons honey mustard
4 teaspoons honey
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
1 ½ teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons adobo seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon meat tenderizer
2 chicken leg quarters with skin

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine oil, honey mustard, and honey in a bowl until well combined. Stir in garlic, paprika, chives, basil, adobo seasoning, onion powder, and meat tenderizer. Stir until fully blended.
  • Coat the bottom of a glass baking dish with 2 to 3 tablespoons of mustard sauce mixture. Place chicken legs on top and cover with the rest of the sauce mixture. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, 60 to 75 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

1/2 cup orange blossom honey
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 pounds chicken wings

Steps:

  • Combine honey, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl., Cut through the 2 wing joints with a sharp knife, discarding wing tips. Add remaining wing pieces and honey mixture to a large bowl; stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight., Preheat oven to 375°. Remove wings; reserve honey mixture. Place wings on greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake until juices run clear, about 30 minutes, turning halfway through., Meanwhile, place reserved honey mixture in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute., Remove wings from oven; preheat broiler. Place wings on a greased rack in a broiler pan; brush with honey mixture. ½ cup honey
½ cup Dijon mustard
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
4 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Mix honey and mustard together in a bowl. Place bread crumbs in a second bowl.
  • Roll chicken in honey-mustard, then roll in bread crumbs. Place in the prepared baking dish. Mix remaining honey-mustard and bread crumbs together and set aside.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Spoon reserved honey-mustard-crumb mixture over the chicken breasts and bake until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 10 to 15 more minutes. ¼ cup grainy mustard
½ cup honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon finely grated ginger root
8 each skinless, boneless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine Dijon mustard, grainy mustard, honey, soy sauce, tarragon, and ginger in a large bowl. Rinse chicken thighs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat. Transfer to a baking pan and spoon sauce over the thighs.
