- In a small bowl, combine the butter, mustard, onion, poppy seeds and sugar. Place roll bottoms, cut side up, in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Top each with Colby cheese, ham and mozzarella. Drizzle with half of the butter mixture., Replace roll tops. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion. Separate the tops from bottoms of the rolls, and place the bottom pieces into the prepared baking dish. Layer about half the ham onto the rolls. Arrange the Swiss cheese over the ham, and top with remaining ham slices in a layer. Place the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches. Pour the mustard mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted, about 20 minutes. Slice into individual rolls through the ham and cheese layers to serve.

- Brush approximately 1⁄2 oz (1 Tbsp) margarine or butter on each sheet pan (18" x 26" x 1"). For 50 servings, use 3 pans. Reserve the remaining margarine or butter for step 5.
- Place 20 slices of bread on each sheet pan, 4 across and 5 down. For 50 servings, one pan will have only 10 slices.
- Top each slice of bread with 1 slice (1 oz) of cheese and 1 slice (1 3⁄4 oz) of turkey ham.
- Cover with remaining bread slices.
- Brush tops of sandwiches with remaining margarine or butter, approximately 1 1⁄2 oz (3 Tbsp) per pan.
- Bake until lightly browned:Conventional oven: 400° F for 15-20 minutesConvection oven: 350° F for 10-15 minutesDO NOT OVERBAKE.
- If desired, cut each sandwich diagonally in half.
