Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375º. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add a small handful of salt (about 3 tablespoons) and gnocchi. Once gnocchi float to the surface, remove from pot and transfer to a large platter. Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook ham. Remove ham from skillet and set aside with cooked gnocchi. Add shallots, garlic, and cream to skillet and simmer over medium heat. Once mixture has reduced by a third, add Parmesan and stir. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add gnocchi mixture and half the peas and continue to simmer over low heat, 1 minute. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish and bake until mixture has thickened, 18 to 20 minutes.
- Remove dish from oven and top with the remaining peas and fresh basil leaves. Serve.

- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Put the kale, walnuts, oil, lemon juice and Parmesan in a processor and blitz until the kale is very finely chopped. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the gnocchi in 2 batches, for 2 mins each time.
- Drain the gnocchi thoroughly, then tip into an ovenproof dish and stir through the kale pesto and the ham. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and dot over the gnocchi. Bake for 20-30 mins or until the cheese is bubbling. Serve with the salad leaves.

- Preheat the broiler to high heat.
- Melt the butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the ham and thyme and continue to cook until the ham is lightly browned.
- Add the chicken broth and 3/4 cup water and bring to a simmer. Add the gnocchi, stir well, cover and cook until the gnocchi is slightly tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Uncover and stir in the peas, cream, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and broil until golden and bubbly, about 3 minutes. Serve.

Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and gnocchi is bubbling. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
