5 eggs
3/4 cup 2% milk
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cups Cap'n Crunch cereal, crushed
12 slices French bread (1 inch thick)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450°. In a shallow bowl, whisk the first five ingredients until blended. Place crushed cereal in another shallow bowl. Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture, then in cereal, patting to help cereal adhere., Place on greased baking sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.

¾ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
12 slices sandwich bread
6 eggs
½ cup milk
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter. Spread any remaining melted butter over bottom of dish.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over melted butter.
  • Arrange bread in two layers over brown sugar mixture.
  • Beat eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl; pour over bread.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

3 eggs (slightly beaten)
2/3 cup fat-free milk or evaporated fat-free milk
2 tablespoons sugar, divided
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, divided
8 slices (1-inch thick) French or Italian bread (about 3- to 4-inches in diameter)
1 cup RICE KRISPIES® cereal
2 medium bananas, sliced or 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup maple syrup, warmed

Steps:

  • In shallow dish stir together eggs, milk, 1 tablespoon of the sugar, vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon. Dip bread slices into egg mixture, turning to generously coat both sides. Place on 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 450 degrees F about 11 minutes or until light brown.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl stir together remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Turn bread slices. Sprinkle with KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal. Lightly press cereal into bread. Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over cereal. Bake at 450 degrees F about 5 minutes more or until light brown.
  • Top each slice with some banana slices. Serve with syrup.

4 cups corn flakes cereal, finely crushed
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 cup strawberry, sliced
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
fresh mint sprig (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine milk, half-and-half, SPLENDA® Granular, and vanilla; whisk until SPLENDA® Granular dissolves. Add eggs, whisking until blended.
  • Dip bread into the milk mixture; dredge in cornflakes cereal. Place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon over 6 plates. Arrange 2 toast triangles in the center of each plate. Arrange strawberries around toast; top toast with a small scoop of vanilla yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.

Steps:
