- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2 cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each to form 5-inch round. Place on sprayed cookie sheets.
- Place 2 tablespoons pie filling slightly off center on each biscuit round on one cookie sheet. Fold biscuits over filling; press edges with fork to seal. Prick top of each 3 times with fork. Brush each with melted butter; sprinkle with sugar mixture.
- Bake at 375°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown. (Some filling may bubble out at edges.) Repeat with biscuit rounds on second cookie sheet. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Best made with a 10 inch round pan or skillet. Will work with a 9-inch pan as well.
- Melt the butter and brush the sides of your pan with it, set aside the remaining butter.
- If using fresh apples : Set your stove to medium temperature. Take your peeled and diced apples and cook them on the stove along with the lemon and sugar for about 20 minutes. Mix in the vanilla, and then set aside. Allow the apples to cool and thicken while preparing the biscuits.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dip each biscuit into the mixture, front and back, and place into your pan. When finished, set aside the rest of your sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg mixture.
- If using pie filling, Pour the filling into a bowl, slice up the apples into small pieces and mix in the vanilla extract. Spoon the filling all over the top of your biscuits.
- If using the fresh apples, spoon the cooked mixture over the top of your biscuits.
- Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg mixture over the top and then drizzle with your remaining butter.
- Bake for 35 minutes, may take longer if you are using a 9-inch pan.
- Drizzle the glaze on top and serve while warm.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Melt the butter, and brush on all sides of your round baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon until blended.
- Dip each biscuit in the butter, and sprinkle all sides with the cinnamon sugar mixture and place in baking dish.

AIR FRYER APPLE PIE BOMBS
Steps:
- In a medium-size bowl, mix the sugar and apple pie spice. Set aside.
- Remove the biscuits from the can and use your hand to peel and separate each into two layers. Using a rolling pin, roll each layer of biscuit into a 4-inch circle. (You will have 16 circles.)
- In a small bowl, combine the apple pie filling with cinnamon. Mix to combine.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the apple pie filling and cinnamon mixture into the center of each circle.
- Use your fingers to pull sides together and pinch to seal. Roll into balls.
- Spray the basket of an air fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
- Working in batches, place the balls into an air fryer basket about 2 inches apart. Spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-9 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Carefully remove the balls from the air fryer, dipping each in melted butter.
