ORANGE-GLAZED ACORN SQUASH

Orange-Glazed Acorn Squash image

This recipe is from TASTE OF HOME. It is very easy to make and is so very tasty. The orange, lemon zest and spices give it a wonderful flavor. I added some spices and lemon zest to enhance the flavor.

CHEF JOHN'S BAKED ACORN SQUASH

Chef John's Baked Acorn Squash image

I like how this tastes, but scoring the squash with a knife before baking really makes for a great presentation. It also allows the simple but delicious glaze to penetrate nice and deep.
