- Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together the butter, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar until well blended. Mix in the rice cereal so that it is evenly distributed. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
- In the microwave or over a double boiler, melt chocolate chips, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter bars. Refrigerate until set before cutting into bars.

- Combine flour, brown sugar, and egg in a large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture appears crumbly. Stir in chopped peanuts.
- Set 2 cups of the peanut crumble aside. Press remaining mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Bake crust in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
- Beat condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Spread over the prepared crust. Top with reserved peanut crumble.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars.

- In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients; stir in butter. Set aside 1 cup for topping. Press remaining mixture into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. - Line bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with foil or parchment paper. Spray foil with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix cereal, peanuts and peanut butter chips; set aside.
- In large microwavable bowl, microwave peanut butter, honey and butter uncovered on High 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until mixture is boiling and slightly thickened.
- Pour over cereal mixture in bowl; stir until evenly coated. Using buttered back of spoon, press mixture very firmly in pan. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm enough to cut.
- For bars, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store covered at room temperature up to 1 week.
- Make sure to really compress the cereal bars; that will make them easier to cut.

- Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease bottom of an 8-inch-square baking pan.
- Place 14 pieces of dough in prepared pan. Allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes. Using fingertips, pat dough gently to cover bottom. Spread with peanut butter and jelly. Crumble remaining dough in small bowl. Add flour; mix thoroughly. Sprinkle dough mixture evenly over jelly.
- Bake for 24 to 28 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.

- Heat the oven to 350ºF. Line the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with parchment paper (if using a cake pan, hang the parchment over the sides so the bars are easier to remove). Lightly coat the sides with nonstick spray.
- Combine the flour, salt and sugar in the bowl of a food processor. Cut the butter into chunks, and add it to the bowl, then run the machine until the mixture forms large clumps—that’s right, just keep running it; it might take another 30 seconds for it to come together, but it will.
