This sweet and creamy pumpkin spice martini is like pumpkin pie in a glass. The perfect fall cocktail!

2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
1 ounce vodka
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
1 ounce heavy cream or half and half (optional)
Maple syrup, to taste (optional)

Steps:

  • Add ice, Baileys, vodka, pumpkin, spice, and cream and syrup if using to a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake until blended. Then strain into a martini glass and garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Beat pumpkin and eggs in a medium bowl until creamy, beat in brown sugar and cinnamon till smooth. Add cream and Baileys and beat until thoroughly combined. 3. Pour mixture into pie crust 4. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean 5. Serve at room temperature or slightly chill
