A bit short on coffee liqueur? Worry not, this Espresso martini cocktail recipe uses freshly brewed espresso, or even instant coffee if it's all you've got!

50 ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
25 ml espresso
25 ml vodka
Coffee Beans

Steps:

  • Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add all ingredients and shake.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with coffee beans, and now it's officially Baileys o'clock.
