BACON RANCH PASTA SALAD
Steps:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the al dente package directions.
- Drain pasta and cool it down with cold water.
- Transfer cooled pasta to a large bowl.
- Add the cheddar, green onions, and ranch dressing. See notes below
- Fold ingredients together gently as to not tear the pasta
- Refrigerate salad covered for approximately one hour before serving.
- Just before serving, fold in crumbled bacon. See notes below

- Boil your pasta according to package instructions. You want the pasta to be al dente so it's not overcooked.
- While your pasta is boiling, gather all your other ingredients.
- In a medium bowl, mix up your Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet with the mayo, sour cream, milk and garlic powder and set aside.
- Place all other ingredients in a large bowl.
- Once your pasta is finished, rinse under a cool stream of water until all the pasta is cool.
- Place the pasta in with the other ingredients, add the dressing and toss until well-coated.
- Chill or serve right away.

- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package, adding a generous tablespoon or so of kosher salt to the water as it cooks. When the pasta is tender, rinse well with cold water. While the pasta is cooking, rinse the peas to thaw them.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the lemon juice, taste, and add more lemon if desired.
- Add the peas, cooked pasta, tomatoes, cheese, and bacon to the mixing bowl with the dressing. Stir gently to coat all the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir again just before serving. Enjoy!

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain.
- Place bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until evenly brown. Drain and chop.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and garlic pepper. Stir in milk until smooth. Place rotini, bacon, tomato, black olives and cheese in bowl and toss to coat with dressing. Cover and chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Toss with additional milk if the salad seems a little dry.
