Steps:
- Fill a large bowl with ice and cold water. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook uncovered until tender-crisp, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain in a colander and immediately immerse in ice water for several minutes to stop the cooking process. Drain.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until almost browned but flimsy, and not yet crisp, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and let cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Wrap 8 to 10 green beans with bacon and place into the prepared dish. Repeat with remaining green beans and bacon.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl. Pour over green bean bundles. Cover with aluminum foil and marinate in the refrigerator, 2 hours to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake green bean bundles in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake until bacon is crispy, about 15 minutes more.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish.
- Set out the bacon, green beans and casserole dish in a little assembly line. Lay out a half strip of bacon. place a small bunch of green beans (6 or 7) onto the strip of bacon and roll up into a bundle. Place the bundle into the casserole dish, seam side down. Repeat with remaining bacon strips and green beans. You can pack these pretty tight in the pan, just know that if the bacon is touching another bundle they take some prying to get apart. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned and heated through, about 20 minutes.

BACON WRAPPED GREEN BEANS BUNDLES
This is such a tasty side dish!!!! I love it with beef, but have made it with everything. Although it's a little time-consuming at the beginning, they are really very easy to make. You can wrap the beans ahead and keep in the refrigerator until ready to broil.

- Wash the green beans and remove the ends, placing them into a microwave safe container with a little water in the bottom. Microwave them for about 4 minutes to soften them up a little.
- Melt your butter, and mix in the brown sugar and garlic. I know that the garlic seems a little weird, but trust the Ukrainian girl on this one; the garlic just gives it that extra zing.
- Take 8 green beans and wrap one bacon slice around it. Lay the bundles with the ends of the bacon tucked underneath, and make sure the ends are touching another part of the slice, the bacon will sear together and these won't fall apart, miracle of miracles!
- To make the sauce, combine them in a microwave safe cup and heat until the ingredients are all combined and the sugar has dissolved somewhat.
