Bacon Eggs Tater Tot Casserole Recipes

TATER TOT® AND BACON BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels.
• Spread bacon into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to cover. Spread potato nuggets over the bacon.
• Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; pour over the layer of potato nuggets. Top with Cheddar cheese.
• Bake in the preheated oven until hot in the center, about 1 hour.

TATER TOT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
• Line the baking dish in neat rows with the tater tots.
• In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese and bacon.
• Pour the mixture over the tater tots and bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.

LOADED TATER TOT BAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 2-3 minutes. Add Canadian bacon; cook until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. , Line bottom of a greased 11x7-in. baking dish with Tater Tots; top with Canadian bacon mixture. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream, cream and seasonings until blended. Stir in cheese; pour over top. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, 35-40 minutes.

TATER TOT CASSEROLE WITH BACON

Steps:

• 1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
• 2. Cut bacon into small pieces. In a large skillet, start to render to ALMOST crisp. Do not drain yet.
• 3. Add the hamburger to the bacon and grease. Brown the hamburger and finish rendering the bacon. (oohhh! extra flavor)
• 4. OK .... now you can drain. :-) Please note ... you may have to drain some of the fat in mid-browning if it is too much - you decided based on your skillet.
• 5. Add the cream soups. Please note ... you can use "regular" cream soups but these flavored ones really add to the recipe.
• 6. Add 1/2 can water. Stir completely to be sure soups and meat are completely incorporated.
• 7. Pour into a 9x13 glass casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese.
• 8. Top with tots until completely covered.
• 9. Bake at 350 until bubbly and the tots are golden brown.
