2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
8 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (12 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
  • Spread beef onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole pan. Stir in bacon pieces.
  • Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in 8 ounces Cheddar cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Top with the remaining 4 ounces cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 30 to 35 minutes.

3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (about 10 ounces)
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 package (8 ounces) Cheddar cheese cubes
10 strips cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°. Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package.
  • While macaroni is cooking, cook beef in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in macaroni, milk, garlic pepper, soup, cheese cubes and half of the bacon. Spoon into 3-quart casserole.
  • Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Mix remaining bacon, the bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese (softened)
1 container (12 ounce size) sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 bag (8 ounce size) egg noodles (cook according to instructions)
1/2 cup water

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef and drain. Add cream of mushroom soup and water to the ground beef. Simmer about 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream together. In a casserole dish, layer ground beef mixture, cream cheese mixture, noodles, and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes. This is great served with a tossed salad and bread.

6 slices center-cut bacon
1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1 lb ground beef
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground mustard
5 medium potatoes
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can of condensed broccoli cheese soup (I used low sodium or fat)
10 3/4 ounces milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
2 cups cheddar french-fried onions
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. (When cool crumble and set aside.).
  • While bacon is cooking chop and peel (if desired) potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender, but not overdone.
  • Drain grease from bacon skillet and add onion, green pepper, garlic,ground mustard, and Worcestershire, ground beef and salt/pepper to taste.
  • Cook until beef is no longer pink.
  • In a medium bowl combine soup, milk, cheese, and sour cream.
  • In a large bowl combine drained potatoes, crumbled bacon, drained hamburger, and soup mixture. Add more salt and pepper if desired.
  • Grease a 9 by 13 glass pan with non stick spray. Add potato and hamburger mixture. Top with french fried onions.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350.

1 pinch salt
4 processed cheese singles (such as Kraft®)
1 tablespoon thousand island salad dressing (such as Kraft®)
1 slice tomato
1 leaf lettuce
1 slice onion

Steps:

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly toast both halves of the hamburger bun, cut sides down, 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.
  • Separate beef into 2 portions and form each into a thin patty slightly larger than the bun. Lightly salt each patty and cook on one side for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip patties over and immediately place two slices of American cheese on each one. Cook until meat has reached desired doneness, 2 to 3 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
  • Assemble the double cheeseburger in the following order: bottom bun, dressing, tomato, lettuce, beef patty with cheese, onion, beef patty with cheese, and top bun.

10.75 oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup
16 oz. sour cream
32 oz pkg. frozen tater tots, thawed (you'll have some leftover)
2 scallions, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook beef until nicely browned and no pink remains; drain fats well.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, soup, and sour cream; spread prepared mixture into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish. Top with tater tots, placing them in even rows over the filling, then gently spray tater tots with nonstick baking spray.
  • Bake, uncovered, on center rack for 40-45 minutes, or until filling is hot and bubbly, and tater tots are golden brown. Garnish with cheese, chopped bacon, and sliced scallions, if desired; serve at once.

2 pounds ground beef, pork, veal or turkey
1 cup bacon, chopped, almost crisp (or more to taste)
2 cups cheese, shredded (more or less to taste)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tblsp garlic, minced
2/3 cup ketchup
2 tblsp yellow mustard
2 tblsp pickle relish
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
hot sauce - to taste
1 can (28 oz) canned tomatoes, diced
1 pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 big bag tater tots, frozen
butter or cooking spray
1 green onion. thinly sliced ((optional))

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Crumble and set aside. Reserve some bacon to sprinkle on top of casserole, at the end, if desired.
  • Prepare a 13x9 inch pan lightly coated with cooking spray or butter. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet or pot over medium heat, cook meat or meats and onion together, stirring occasionally, until cooked. Drain. Return to skillet or pot.
  • Stir in onion soup mix, canned tomatoes, shredded cheese, parmesan, ketchup, mustard, and relish.
  • Taste your mixture and add salt and pepper accordingly.
  • Spoon mixture into prepared casserole dish and flatten until even and smooth.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese across the top.
  • Arrange the frozen tater tots in an even layer over flattened mixture.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese (or add even more) and reserved bacon on top of the tater tots.
  • Change oven temperature to broil.
  • Return pan to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Serve with green onions if desired. Enjoy!
