1 tbsp brown sugar (packed)
1/3 cup strawberry jam
2/3 cup strawberries (chopped)
8-10 slices Texas Toast
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp butter

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, strawberry jam and chopped strawberries in a small bowl.
  • Spread a few tablespoons of the cream mixture onto a slice of bread. Press another piece onto the bread to make a sandwich.
  • Beat eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a casserole dish. Dip each side of the sandwich into the egg mixture, making sure the egg mixture covers the entire sandwich.
  • Melt butter onto a skillet or griddle and cook sandwiches on the skillet for about 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and syrup.

1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
8 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, halved
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup

Steps:

  • Use sharp knife to make horizontal cut in the side of each bread slice to make pocket, being careful to not cut completely through.
  • Fill pockets with cream cheese spread and bacon; press cut edges of pockets together to seal.
  • Heat large heavy nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Whisk eggs, milk and Parmesan in pie plate until blended. Dip stuffed bread slices, 1 at a time, in egg mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides. Add to skillet, in batches if necessary; cook 4 to 5 min. or until golden brown on both sides, turning after 3 min.
  • Serve topped with syrup.

4 ounces cream cheese, (softened)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
8 slices white bread, (preferably stale)
8 slices bacon, (cooked)
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 teaspoons butter
vegetable oil

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and brown sugar. Spread one side of each slice of bread with cream cheese mxiture
  • Sandwich 2 slices of bacon between 2 pieces of bread with the cream cheese side facing in. Repeat for remaining slices of bread to make a total of four.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Dip each French toast "sandwich" in egg mixture. Try to only get the egg mixture on the exterior of each piece of bread and not let it soak through to the middle where the bacon is or it will turn out soggy, plus any egg that gets in the middle won't really cook.
  • Heat a large nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat. Add butter and a little vegetable oil. Cook each stuffed French toast until golden brown on bottom and then flip over. Add more butter and oil to pan if necessary. Cook until second side is golden brown.
  • Cut each piece in half and serve with maple syrup.

1/2 cup half and half (you can also use whole milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tbsp brown sugar
10 slices Brioche or any thick cut artisan type bread (the thicker the better (about 8-10 slices))
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp fresh lemon zest
1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced thin)
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about half of one lemon)
8 tbsp butter (for frying (bacon fat is also good here))

Steps:

  • Combine eggs, half & half, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar in a shallow bowl.
  • Whisk well until all of the ingredients are fully incorporated. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until just combined. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and fresh lemon zest until smooth and well combined, about 1 minute.
  • Take two slices of bread and spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each piece of bread keeping clear of the edges.
  • Pat strawberries dry with a paper towel to soak up any excess juices. Layer strawberries in a single layer on one piece of bread and place the other piece of bread on top..
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter (for frying)

Steps:

  • Prepare all ingredients. Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature.
  • In a medium sized bowl, whisk eggs with milk, and half of the vanilla extract.
  • In a small bowl, whip cream cheese together with sugar and the remaining vanilla extract. Add fresh blueberries into the cream mixture and stir to combine.
