Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet). In small bowl, mix cooked beef, ranch dressing and bacon.
- Unroll both cans of dough; separate into 8 rectangles. On ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange rectangles in ring so short sides of rectangles form a 5-inch circle in center. Dough will overlap.
- Spoon beef mixture on the half of each rectangle closest to center of ring; top each with 2 pickle slices and 1 piece of cheese.
- Bring each dough rectangle up over filling, tucking dough under bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed (some filling might show a little).
- Gently separate dough perforations on top until filling peeks through. Brush dough lightly with water; sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is golden brown and thoroughly baked. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving slices.

- Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Original Crescent Rolls). Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat about 4 minutes or until cooked but not crisp, turning once. (It will continue to cook in oven.) Set bacon aside; drain all except 2 teaspoons bacon drippings from skillet.
- In medium bowl, beat 1/3 cup of the milk, the eggs, salt and pepper with fork or whisk until well mixed. Stir in bell pepper. Pour egg mixture into skillet. As mixture heats, portions of eggs will begin to set. Gently push cooked portions with metal spatula to outside edge of skillet. Avoid stirring constantly. As more egg sets, push it to edge, and place it on top of the already set egg mixture. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist.
- Meanwhile, unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles. On parchment-lined cookie sheet, arrange triangles with shortest sides toward center, overlapping in star shape and leaving 4-inch round circle open in center (see diagram). Crescent dough points may hang over edge of cookie sheet. Press overlapping dough to flatten.
- Place bacon on each of the triangles. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of the cheese onto widest part of dough. Spoon eggs over cheese. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup of the cheese. Pull points of triangles over eggs and cheese, and tuck under dough to form ring (filling will be visible). Carefully brush dough with remaining 1 tablespoon milk; sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup cheese.

- Crostini Appetizer with Goat Cheese. Crostini are wonderfully versatile appetizers. They’re made using sliced bread topped with any number of yummy spreads and cheeses.
- Chicken Crescent Wreath. This is probably one of those recipes that you were saving for the next big party. Though it looks complex, it’s actually super simple to put together.
- Christmas Bacon Cheese Ball Wreath. A good old-fashioned cheese ball dip should contain cream cheese, some herbs, bacon, extra cheese, and some chopped nuts.
- Christmas Pizza. I’ve advocated for Christmas Day pizza for years, only to be told it’s not festive enough. Well, hang on to your silver bells because it doesn’t get more festive than a tree-shaped pizza!
- Merry Little Christmas Deviled Eggs. Deviled eggs are always a safe bet when cooking for a crowd. They’re simple, creamy, and easy to eat on the go. Piping the filling is really worth the extra effort to make these look restaurant and Instagram-worthy if you have the time.
- Cranberry Salsa. Using cranberries instead of tomatoes might seem like an odd choice here, but I promise I haven’t just gotten into my Nana’s boozy Christmas Cake!
- Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts. Water chestnuts are slightly sweet and kind of nutty, with a crisp bite that will remind you of an apple. When wrapped in bacon, the chestnuts are enhanced and so delicious.
- Smoked Salmon Appetizer Bites. There’s something so elegant about smoked salmon. And if you’ve never tried it before, you really should give it a go!
- Stuffed Mushrooms. Stuffed mushrooms can be as simple as using garlic butter and bread crumbs. But this recipe takes it up a notch and adds in cream cheese and parmesan for a creamier, more filling version.
- Parmesan Crusted Brussels Sprouts. I’ll admit that I didn’t always like Brussels sprouts, and I do get why most kids turn their noses up at the sight (or smell) of them.
