3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup each chopped green peppers and tomatoes
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Place pizza crusts on baking sheet; spread with barbecue sauce.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until heated through.

Number Of Ingredients 4

Olive oil for brushing8 ounces Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar
grated (about 2 cups)1 package personal-sized pre-cooked pizza crusts (2 total)1 apple
cored and thinly sliced4 slices cooked bacon
crumbled

Steps:

  • PREHEAT grill to high (10 to 15 minutes, lid closed). When grill is hot, set topping ingredients next to grill. BRUSH top of pizza crusts lightly with oil. Place oil-side-down on grill and cook until crusts begin to brown, about 3 minutes. Brush second side of crusts lightly with oil and flip. SPRINKLE cheese evenly over crusts. Top with apple slices and bacon. Close grill lid and cook until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes longer. REMOVE from grill to cutting board and let rest for about 3 minutes before cutting into wedges.

1 pound prepared pizza dough, at room temperature
All-purpose flour, for dusting
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Put a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on the lowest oven rack and preheat to 475 degrees F for at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile, roll out the dough into a 9-inch round on a lightly floured surface. Lightly dust a pizza peel or another inverted baking sheet with flour; lay the round of dough on top and set aside. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring, until crisp, about 6 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Combine the tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic and oregano in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper. Slide the dough directly onto the hot stone or baking sheet and bake until lightly golden and puffy, about 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then carefully slice the crust in half horizontally with a serrated knife to make 2 thin crusts. Turn the crusts cut-side up. Spread with the sauce mixture, then top evenly with the mozzarella, cheddar and bacon. Slide the pizzas back onto the hot stone or baking sheet; bake until the cheese melts and the crust is golden, about 8 more minutes. Sprinkle with the parmesan.

1 pizza dough from the store
3-4 oz pre cooked bacon
14 slice smoked gouda cheese
10 slice cheddar cheese, sliced
1 can(s) olive oil cooking spray
1 oz garlic powder

Steps:

  • 1. flatten the pizza dough out until it is in a flat circle.
  • 2. Spray it with the olive oil. Put the cheddar chese on the dough. Cover as nuch of the pizza dough as you can.
  • 3. Cover the pizza dough with the Smoked Gouda cheese. Cover as much of the dough as you can.
  • 4. Cut up the bacon. Cover the pizza with the cut up bacon.
  • 5. Sprinkle it with the pizza with the garlic.
  • 6. Set oven to 375. Bake the pizza for 10 to 15 minutes. When the pizza is starting to brown it should be finished.
