Steps:
- Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 teaspoon Butter with Canola Oil.
- Layer 1 slice bread, buttered-side down, with 1 slice cheese, 2 slices bacon, 3 wedges avocado, 2 slices tomato and 1 slice cheese. Top with 1 slice bread, buttered-side up.
- Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place 2 sandwiches into skillet; cook, turning once, 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.

BACON AVOCADO GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH
What could be more perfect than bacon, avocado and cheese? Transform them into a hot and melted grilled crisp sandwich!

Steps:
- Put four of the slices of bread on the counter. Top with the American cheese, the bacon, and the avocado. Sprinkle the Colby cheese over all.
- Top with the rest of the slices of bread. Then spread the outsides of the sandwiches with the softened butter. Use 2 teaspoons for each slice of bread.
- Briefly heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the sandwiches, press down on them with a spatula, and cover the pan.
- After 2 minutes, remove the cover and lift one of the sandwiches with a spatula. If it's brown, carefully turn the sandwiches. If not, let it cook for another minute.
- When the sandwiches are all flipped, gently press down on them with the spatula again and cover the pan. Grill for another 2 to 3 minutes or until the bread is crisp and golden and the cheese is melted.
- First, cook the bacon in the air fryer. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Put the slices in the fryer making sure they are separate. Air fry regular bacon for 7 to 9 minutes; thick cut bacon for 10 to 13 minutes. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels. Remove excess grease from the air fryer, then assemble your sandwiches.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Put the sandwich(es) in the air fryer. Air fry for 4 minutes, then carefully flip the sandwiches and air fry for another 4 to 5 minutes or until the bread is browned and crisp and the cheese is melted. Serve.
MARY'S GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH WITH PEPPER JACK AND BACON OIL
Steps:
- Brush both sides of both slices of bread with the bacon oil. Place the cheese on top of one slice and top with the other slice of bread.
- Heat a griddle on top of the stove over medium-high heat. Place the sandwich on the griddle and grill for about 1 minute on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Slice the sandwich into 8 small serving pieces.

- Spread 3 tablespoons butter on 1 side of bread slices. Place bread, butter side down, in a large cast-iron skillet or on an electric griddle over medium-low heat until golden brown, 2-3 minutes; remove.
