2 ounces fresh lime juice
1/4 ounce sugar
1 ounce grenadine

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
  • Shake, and strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Serve neat.
  • Note: Can also be made with Bacardi Gold rum.

  • In a cocktail shaker , pour the rum, lime juice, and grenadine, then fill with ice.
  • Shake well .
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass . Serve and enjoy.

2 oz Bacardi Rum
4 Lime Wedges
12 Fresh Mint Leaves
2 tsp White Sugar
1 oz Soda Water
Mint Sprig (garnish)

Steps:

  • Squeeze lime wedges into a collins glass. Gently press together the limes & sugar.
  • Bruise mint leaves by clapping them between your palms, rub them on the rim of the glass and drop into the glass.
  • Half fill the glass with ice and add Bacardi rum and stir.
  • Top with soda water and garnish with sprig of mint.
