EASY TACO DIP
An easy, Creamy Mexican Taco Dip that is made with refried beans, cream cheese, and fresh pico de gallo.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread refried beans into a 8x8 pan or a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Mix sour cream and cream cheese with taco seasoning until well combined. Spread on top of beans.
- If using cheese, sprinkle cheese over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted, and dip is warmed through.
- Toss tomatoes, onions and cilantro together. Top the warm dip with the tomato mixture and serve with tortilla chips.

Steps:
- Spread the refried beans evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix the taco seasoning and the sour cream, and spread it over the refried beans.
- Spread the salsa over the sour cream.
- Half, pit, and scoop the avocados into a bowl. Mash with a potato masher. Then spread over the sour cream.
- Continue layering the lettuce, Mexican cheese, and finally the tomatoes. Chill for at least an hour before serving.

Steps:
- Place sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Drain excess grease from the skillet.
- Combine diced tomatoes and cream cheese in a saucepan over medium-low heat; cook and stir until cream cheese is melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Mix in sausage. Transfer to a serving bowl.

This recipe is from my Mother In Law. When we have a get together, we don't let her in the door unless she has this dip with her!!

Steps:
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning in a mixer until smooth.
- Spread onto middle of glass dish leaving around the edge.
- Pour Picante Sauce over cream cheese mixture. Put diced onion over Picante Sauce, and put cheese over the diced onion. Put the diced olives on top.
- Serve with Tostitos and enjoy!

A friend of mine brought this Taco Dip to a New Year's Eve party in 1990, and it still is demanded when friends get together! Easy, but very yummy! (Can sizes are approximate)

- Spread flat in a 9 x 13 dish.
