AWESOME WING SAUCE
This wing sauce comes from the kitchen of my brother-in-law. He made it up and it has a bit of heat to it. Awesome for wings, or for whatever you like to dip!

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in sauce pan over medium heat.
- Bring to boiling stage.
- Remove from heat and it is ready to serve. Very simple!

AWESOME CAJUN CHICKEN WINGS
If you like spicy wings, you HAVE to give these a try. My husband and I have been making these for years and never has there been any left. We like to grill them and serve w/ celery and blue cheese. My kids even gobble these down!

Steps:
- Rinse chicken and pat dry.
- (if wings are whole, cut off and discard pointed tip and halve wings at the main joint.) In food processor or blender, combine all remaining ingredients, EXCEPT oil.
- Process until well blended.
- With machine on, slowly pour in oil and process until a thick paste forms.
- In a large bowl, combine wings and paste.
- Toss until wings are well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate over night.
- Broil or grill wings until nicely browned outside and cooked through.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.

Incredibly tasty variation of baked chicken wings with no marinade - just butter, garlic, and herbs. Great for the low-carb eater!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a shallow baking dish with aluminum foil and grease lightly.
- Cut tips from chicken wings and discard. Cut between the joint to separate each wing into 2 pieces.
- Combine butter and garlic in a small saucepan over low heat; heat until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken wing pieces in melted butter mixture; coat with Parmesan cheese mixture in the bowl. Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until skin is browned and juices run clear, about 1 hour.

AWESOME SAUCE CHICKEN WINGS
I played around with this sauce until I got it just right for me and my husband. I could eat these weekly or more often! I use Splenda brown sugar blend and reduced sodium soy sauce. You can use more brown sugar if you want more sweet. I like the sweet/spicy flavor of this sauce.

- Preheat oven to 375.
- Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray and lay wings in pan.
- Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over wings. Turn wings to coat with sauce.
- Bake at 375 for one hour and turn wings after 30 minutes, then raise oven temp to 450 and bake about 10 minutes (more or less depending on how crisp you like your wings -- just keep an eye on them).

- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Lightly grease an 11' x 15" baking pan. Place chicken wings in a single layer in the prepared pan. Bake wings at 400° for 35-45 minutes or until juices are running clear and/or beginning to brown; remove from oven and drain off excess liquid/fat.
- While the wings are in the oven, place all remaining ingredients in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Simmer for 15 minutes; stirring often.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked drained wings in the baking pan. Turn the wings in the sauce to coat both sides.
- Return wings in sauce to the oven and continue to bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and sticky.
- Serve w/ lots of napkins;).
