Categories     side-dish

Time 10m

Yield Makes 24 large fries, about 6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup flour, more as needed
1 cup panko breadcrumbs, more as needed
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons water
Vegetable oil, for frying
3 to 4 ripe, but not soft, medium Haas avocados
Coarse sea or kosher salt, to taste

Steps:

  • If not serving avocado fries immediately, preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with paper towels.
