SERIOUSLY ADDICTING AVOCADO FETA DIP
Easy Avocado Feta Dip. Less than 10 ingredients, and quick to make. Loaded with avocado, tomatoes, red onion, feta and parsley (or use cilantro!). This dip is a must for any occasion and is always a hit with friends and family.

Steps:
- Make sure your avocados aren't too soft so they hold their texture better.
- 4oz block of feta into cubes.
- In a medium bowl add diced avocado, feta, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley or cilantro, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt.

- Transfer dip to serving bowl, serve with crackers, chips, flatbread or on its own.

- Cook 1/2 diced red onion and 1 diced seeded jalapeno in olive oil, 6 minutes. Puree with 1 diced avocado, 1 cup cilantro, 3/4 cup crumbled feta, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and salt to taste. Serve with toasted bread and vegetable sticks.
