- Lightly oil grill and preheat to high.
- Loosen skin on chicken pieces with fingers, by sliding hand between skin and flesh.
- In a small skillet, saute green onion and 2 cloves garlic in butter or margarine for 1 minute. Stir in breadcrumbs and parsley.
- Push this seasoning under chicken skins, working it down well.
- Combine 1 cup butter or margarine with mustard, 1 clove garlic and curry powder.
- Spread this seasoned butter or margarine over chicken and put on preheated grill.
- Cook 10 to 15 minutes each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- Brush with remaining seasoned butter while grilling.

- Combine the breadcrumbs, shallots, hot sauce, eggs and butter with a little milk in a bowl.
- Lift the skin away from the flesh, right to the end of the leg. Spoon the mixture evenly under the skin of each leg, pressing the mix so that it is evenly distributed around the flesh.
- Bake at 350 degrees until brown, basting regularly, serve hot or cold.
- For the sauce: Puree the kiwi, curry and salt, and serve with the chicken.

- Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking sheet for easy clean up. Pat chicken completely dry. Place onto pan and season with salt and pepper. Pop into oven and cook for 15 minutes.
- Combine all sauce ingredients into a mixing bowl and use a whisk to really breakdown that peanut butter.
- Remove chicken from oven and baste with sauce. Lower oven temperature to 375F and continue cooking chicken for 10 minutes. Remove and baste again. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until you reach 160F on your thermometer. Broil in the end for a crispier skin!
