Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

1 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa
6 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 stick butter
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 c flour

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350° Melt butter and mix together with cocoa and vegetable oil, until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs, sugar and salt, stirring until well combined. Add flour and mix well. Spread batter evenly in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for about 45 minutes, until the top looks dry and a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting

Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
2 c sugar
6 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 c flour
2/3 c vegetable oil
1/2 c milk
nuts
1 dash(es) vanilla

Steps:

1. Beat eggs, add sugar, cocoa and flour. Add oil, milk, nuts and vanilla.
2. Pour batter into 9x10 cake pan.
3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

2 cups sugar
4 eggs
5-6 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup flour

Steps:

Cream butter & sugar; add eggs and mix. Add in cocoa & flour. Pour/spread in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes Frost, if desired....I love them frosted
