This recipe is from my husbands late Aunt. She would always make this for Christmas and every year we all would look forward to eating it. When she finally gave me the recipe I thought that the combination sounded a little different, my husband doesn't like mushrooms, but he loves this recipe and you can't taste the mushrooms at...

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb sausage
1 lb hamburger
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion
1 jar of your favorite salsa
1 lb velveeta mexican cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Fry the sausage and hamburger, drain fat. Add mushroom soup small diced onion, salsa and cube up the velveeta cheese. Put into a crock pot on low, stirring occasionally. When melted serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Enjoy!
