3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 c water
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

1. Mix all the ingredients together and place in a small pan. Cook on medium and stir until the sugar is dissolved. This syrup can be served cooled or hot. Pour over pancakes and fill a child's heart with smiles.
