AU GRATIN POTATOES

Au gratin potatoes image

Our cheesy potato dish is the perfect crowd-pleaser-rich enough for your spouse and kids, yet light enough to keep your waistline slim. Just keep in mind that this dish has to bake in the oven for about an hour and 20 minutes. It's easy to pop it into the oven while you're prepping your other dishes, then letting it broil right before you're ready to serve. You'll love the savory mixture of Yukon Gold potatoes, sautéed onions, skim milk, and Mexican-style shredded cheese. Make it again and again whenever you need an impressive, hearty side dish that takes basic potatoes above and beyond.
