SESAME CHICKEN BREASTS
I triple this recipe when chicken is on sale, freeze it with the marinade in resealable bags. The night before I need it, I place a bag in the refrigerator and the chicken marinates as it thaws.-Anne Wegener, Springville, Indiana

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, garlic and ginger. Set aside 1/4 cup for basting, cover and refrigerate. Add chicken to remaining marinade; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight., Drain and discard marinade. Broil chicken 4 in. from the heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°., Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine the cornstarch, water, broth and reserved marinade until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve chicken and sauce with rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

SESAME-GINGER GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS

- Gather the ingredients.
- To make the marinade, in a large plastic zip top bag, combine the soy sauce , garlic, vinegar, honey, ginger, onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
- Add the chicken breasts, squeeze any excess air out of the bag and seal tightly. Transfer the bag to the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the fridge 20 minutes before you're going to start cooking. Prepare a grill or grill pan by coating it with a bit of cooking oil; heat to high.
- Remove chicken from the marinade. Grill 6 minutes per side, until tender and fully cooked. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.

If you want the perfect sesame chicken recipe this is it! You may want to increase the vinegar or lower the amount of sugar. It all depends on how sweet you want the sauce.

Steps:
- Sift flour, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, baking soda, and baking powder into a bowl. Pour in low-sodium soy sauce, sherry, 2 tablespoons water, vegetable oil, and a dash of sesame oil; stir until smooth. Stir in chicken until coated with the batter, then cover, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring chicken broth, sugar, vinegar, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, chile paste, and garlic to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Dissolve 1/4 cup cornstarch into 1/2 cup of water, and stir into boiling sauce. Simmer until the sauce thickens and turns clear, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, and keep sauce warm.
- Heat olive oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to a temperature of 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Drop in the battered chicken pieces, a few at a time, and fry until they turn golden brown and float to the top of the oil, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on a paper towel lined plate. To serve, place fried chicken pieces onto a serving platter, and pour the hot sauce overtop. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds to garnish.

Steps:
- Take four 6 oz skinless chicken breasts and place them in a zip lock storage bag (large). Add the Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame -Reduce Fat dressing to the chicken and mix well. Let chicken marinate in the dressing for at least two hours more if you have time. Remove the chicken breasts and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken breasts for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked. Makes four 6 oz servings.
