SPICY OYSTER CRACKERS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Combine spices together with oil and melted butter. Place crackers on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Pour spice mixture on top. Mix until well coated.
- Bake for 25 minutes, move crackers around gently with a spatula halfway through.
- Let cool on a wire rack. When completely cool, store in an airtight container.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and brush a rimmed baking sheet lightly with vegetable oil. Whisk the egg white in a large bowl until frothy. Add the almonds, peanuts and oyster crackers. Sprinkle with the prepared spice blend and toss to coat. Spread the nut mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes; let cool on the baking sheet.

Coat macadamia nuts with sesame seeds, soy sauce and ginger for a complex and tasty snack.

- Spread the nut mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet, then transfer to a large bowl.
