6 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon SunButter or peanut butter
½ teaspoon sesame oil
Kosher or fine sea salt
Black pepper
½ small red onion (, thinly sliced)
1 (14-ounce) bag coleslaw mix
1 red bell pepper (, seeded, deveined, and thinly sliced)
1 bunch cilantro (, chopped)
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Combine the oil, vinegar, SunButter or peanut butter, and sesame oil. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the red onion and let sit while preparing the rest of the slaw ingredients or at least 5 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, red pepper, and cilantro. Pour on the dressing and mix well. Taste and add more salt and pepper, if desired. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve. The slaw is best served within an hour of preparing.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp lime juice

Steps:

  • Combine the mayo, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, green onion and cilantro. Pour the sauce over the top and use tongs to toss the mixture until evenly coated.
  • Serve chilled.

5 cups cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
3 green onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar (I used brown rice vinegar)
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds, toasted

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, place cabbage, carrots, red onion and green onions.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients to make a dressing and mix well.
  • Pour the dressing on the vegetables and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for a couple of hours or longer.
  • Infuse love and serve!

½ red or green cabbage ((or a mixture of both))
3 carrots
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp Koops' Arizona Heat Mustard (or use your favorite!)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp BurgerFit Smoked Salt and Pepper Blend
1 tbsp sesame seeds
SunGarden Mung Bean Sprouts (or use your favorite!)

Steps:

  • Thinly slice cabbage and julienne carrots (you can also use a peeler if you do not have a julienner) and place in large mixing bowl.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to a small bowl and thoroughly mix. Add the dressing to the cabbage and carrots until evenly coated.
  • Serve as a side or as a full meal!
