SWEET AND SOUR ASIAN DIP WITH WONTON CHIPS
This delicious sweet and sour Asian dip is made for sharing! Serve it with some baked wonton chips for a creamy vegetarian dip that is full of flavor.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F, line the baking sheet with aluminium foil and lightly spray it with cooking oil.
- Cut each wonton wrapper into triangles. Place them in a single layer leaving some space between two.
- Lightly spray some oil on these and sprinkle some sea salt. Bake for total of 6-8 mins turning half way through until crispy and golden.
- Let them cool on pan for 5 mins and then transfer to a plate/cooling rack to cool further. Once cooled completely, store airtight until ready to use.
- In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream and sweet and sour sauce and mix till well combined.
- Next goes the veggies - green and red bell pepper, spring onions (green and white), carrots, cilantro and finally salt and pepper.
- If you like it spicy add the Sriracha sauce, you can skip this too but highly recommend it since it adds a hint of spice and garlic flavor to this dip. Mix till well combined.
- Creamy and delicious Sweet and Sour Asian Dip is ready. Wait no more, garnish with some sesame seeds and spring onion greens and serve it with these crispy Wonton Chips, Enjoy!!

- Combine first 9 ingriedients and chill.
- For the chips.
- Preheat oven to 375combien soy sauce, sugar, garlic salt and oil in a small bowl.

HOMEMADE CHILI POTATO CHIPS WITH SESAME AVOCADO SALSA
Steps:
- For the homemade chili potato chips: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
- Distribute the potatoes between the prepared baking sheets in one layer. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then flip the potatoes over, brush the other side with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, rotating the pans halfway through, until splotchy and brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Keep a close eye on them as they could burn quickly.
- For the sesame avocado salsa: Meanwhile, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, lime and some hot sauce in a large bowl. Add the avocados and toss to coat, mashing some of the avocados a little bit to bring everything together. Taste and adjust as desired (this is one of those foods that you've eaten half of by the time you're done making it because you'll probably want to taste test it again and again and again...). Top with the chopped cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
- When the chips are done, immediately sprinkle them with the chili powder. Let cool slightly and enjoy with the salsa.

Steps:
- Preheat the oil to 350°F.
- Cut the egg roll wrappers, crosswise, cutting each wrapper into 4 triangular pieces.
- Fry in the vegetable oil until bubbled and golden.
- Remove them from the fat with a slotted spoon and lay them on paper towels to absorb any fat.
- Season with salt and pepper while still hot and keep them warm.
- Heat the red wine vinegar with the brown sugar, the five-spice powder (equal parts cinnamon, pepper, cloves, fennel seeds, star anise) and the red onion in a saucepan over a medium heat.
- Peel, de-seed and dice the tomatoes.
- Add them to the red wine vinegar mixture and bring the mixture to the boil.
- Once the mixture has come to the boil, remove the pan from the heat and cool. Season to taste.
- Serve with grated fresh tofu on top of the salsa and chopped scallions and cilantro on the chips.
