1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl combine artichoke, bread crumbs, eggs, olive oil, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, lemon juice and garlic.
  • Form mixture into 24 small balls, 1 inch in diameter, and roll in remaining Parmesan cheese. Set on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Bake artichoke balls until eggs are set throughout and balls are heated through, about 10 minutes.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup drained finely chopped canned artichoke hearts
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, dressing and seasonings in medium bowl until blended. Stir in artichokes and cheese.
  • Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Empty coating mix into shallow dish. Shape cheese mixture into 16 balls, using about 2 Tbsp. for each. Add, in batches, to coating mix; roll to evenly coat.

1/2 teaspoon chopped onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and mashed
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten until fluffy
1/2 cup grated cheese (your choice)
3 finely chopped garlic cloves
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
2/3 cup grated cheese

Steps:

  • Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil; drain.
  • Mix artichokes and bread crumbs.
  • Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
  • Add the onion garlic mixture and the cheese and mix well.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Form balls and roll in a mixture of bread crumbs and grated cheese.
  • Refrigerate until serving time.

16 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and mashed (Two 8oz cans?)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 -3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Mash 2 cans drained artichoke hearts.
  • Put olive oil into frying pan.
  • Saute cloves.
  • Add mashed artichokes and eggs.
  • Saute and stir about 5 minutes.
  • Mix bread crumbs and cheese in bowl.
  • Remove mix from heat, roll into balls, roll in bread crumb and cheese mixture.

1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry ranch dressing mix
2 teaspoons garlic, finely diced

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, feta and cream cheese, artichokes, dressing mix and garlic.
  • Combine with clean hands until well blended.
  • Form the mixture into a log or ball shape, then place on a serving plate, serve with bagel chips.

1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup artichoke heart, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except for the bread crumbs. Roll chicken mixture into one inch balls then coat with bread crumbs. (Note: If the mixture is sticky, dropping it into the bread crumbs first will enable you to roll it into ball form.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
